Deb’s House was first opened to be a temporary home for Romanian orphans as they waited for placement in the United States. When Romania closed international adoption in 2004 the children who were waiting to leave were left in limbo.  While many international agencies abandoned their projects in Romania, the American friends of Deb’s House have kept it going. We are raising the children together as brothers and sisters with a goal of a rich and full life for all of them.
